Application for Educational Achievement Incentives ("EAI's")

The EAI's start effective 7-01-06, and you must fill out an application and be put on the list to receive an EAI. Any work done on your own either before or after 7/01/06 without following the EAI application and CET Process will not receive EAI's. (no exceptions please)- see cetprocess
